1. Tour Package Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations made 15 days or more before the tour start date: Full refund after deducting processing fees.
  • Cancellations made 7–14 days before the start date: 50% refund of the total booking amount.
  • Cancellations made less than 7 days before the start date: No refund.
  • No-shows or early departures: No refund applicable.
  • Date changes are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

2. Hotel Booking Cancellation Policy

  • Free cancellation for most hotels if cancelled 48 hours before check-in.
  • Cancellations made within 48 hours of check-in may result in a one-night charge or no refund, depending on hotel policy.
  • Non-refundable bookings will not be eligible for any refund.

3. Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
  • Processing time may vary based on the payment gateway or bank.

4. Cancellation by Holida

  • In the rare case of cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances (weather, strikes, etc.), full refunds or alternate arrangements will be offered.
