1. Tour Package Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations made 15 days or more before the tour start date: Full refund after deducting processing fees.
- Cancellations made 7–14 days before the start date: 50% refund of the total booking amount.
- Cancellations made less than 7 days before the start date: No refund.
- No-shows or early departures: No refund applicable.
- Date changes are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
2. Hotel Booking Cancellation Policy
- Free cancellation for most hotels if cancelled 48 hours before check-in.
- Cancellations made within 48 hours of check-in may result in a one-night charge or no refund, depending on hotel policy.
- Non-refundable bookings will not be eligible for any refund.
3. Refund Processing
- Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
- Processing time may vary based on the payment gateway or bank.
4. Cancellation by Holida
- In the rare case of cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances (weather, strikes, etc.), full refunds or alternate arrangements will be offered.
